- A Safe Space – YFU strives to not only provide diverse programming but also works diligently to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants from all backgrounds
- DEI Trainings: Our staff, volunteers, and host families undergo regular training to increase their awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Intercultural Learning: Our programs promote cross-cultural understanding and empathy among participants, helping them develop critical skills for navigating a diverse world
