Since 1975, YFU has offered the Corporate and Foundation Scholarship Program to attract student-direct funding for scholarships. Scholarship funding is a tangible and dynamic way for companies and foundations to build and strengthen employee and community relations, while preparing a new generation for the global workplace. It is a priority for YFU USA to retain and expand our scholarship program which offers high school students the opportunity to get an international education.
Investing in scholarships through YFU provides a reality-based educational experience for students. International exchange provides students with a cross-cultural understanding
that increases communication skills, enhances self-confidence, expands foreign language proficiency, and fosters greater tolerance and international awareness.
YFU USA can design a program to meet the specific needs of any company or foundation. Whether a company provides funding for students from a particular community or high school, or for dependents of employees, investing in tomorrow’s leaders is an ideal way to provide support for today’s youth.
