If you've decided that a study abroad program is right for you, you've already taken the first step toward beginning your adventure of a lifetime.

There are three major decisions you will have to make before you can complete the application.

  1. Choose a program
  2. Choose a country
  3. Decide whether you wish to apply for a scholarship

Apply

Please choose one of the three methods below to start the application process.

Method 1: On-line. This is the easiest and fastest way to get your application to us. Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by a YFU Admissions Counselor.

Method 2: Download the American Overseas Application and return it to YFU USA by mail:

Method 3: Call an Admissions Counselor at 1.800.TEENAGE (800.833.6243) to request a paper copy of the American Overseas Application.  You can also call them to reserve a space in the program and apply over the phone.
