|Host Family Recruiter (Home Based) Several Positions Available||03.24.2015|
YFU CONTACT Worker Status: Independent Contractor
Promote YFU programs with the specific objective to recruit volunteer host families for high school students. Assist the host family with completing the host family application and work with YFU staff and volunteers as designated to complete the vetting process and finalize the placement. May work directly with school districts and/or high schools to obtain approval for student admission. Local Host Family Recruiters work within an assigned geography toward YFU's placement objectives for inbound exchange students. YFU USA, in compliance with the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security, sets and upholds standards for Host Family final selection, student matches, and school enrollment which would need to be met by the LHFR.

Purpose of Position: The Director of Administration is responsible for strategic-level oversight of administration functions including human resources, wellness programming, facilities and events space management (revenue center) for the national office, and administrative support. The position provides strategic direction of YFU's people functions in accordance with federal, state, and local law; YFU philosophy and policies; as well as business and human resource best practices. Human resources activities include support of multiple site locations in a number of states.
|EDUCATION AND TRAINING SPECIAL ORIENTATIONS COORDINATOR (2 positions)||02.23.2015|
The Special Orientations Coordinators (two positions to be filled) are temporary positions that will provide hands-on, logistical support directly to the Education and Training Department. These positions will report to the E&T Director, and will be managed by the Program Coordinator for day-to-day tasks and assignments. During the orientations, the Special Orientations Coordinators will be working closely with Site Directors and other YFU staff. YFU USA is committed to providing students with comprehensive educational programming which helps to prepare them for their unique exchange experience. The Special Orientations Coordinators' work is key in achieving that goal; the quality of their efforts will directly impact the quality of the students' exchange experience.

|Admissions Counselor - Washington DC||01.12.2015|
Based on YFU's mission and goals, the Admissions Counselor coordinates the enrollment process for the students and supports the students interested in the YFU programs, including scholarships. This position acts as liaison with district U.S. offices and international offices involving issues regarding student enrollment, program specifications, and operational matters. This position is responsible for the continuous and on-going ‘sale' of the YFU USA programs and 'product'. In addition, the incumbent will provide support such as keying in data for students and following up with student enrollment applications.
